Nevada Senate Republicans announce Robin Titus as new leader

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - The Nevada Republican Senate Caucus announced Wednesday the appointment of Dr. Robin Titus as its new leader.

It comes after Senator Seevers Gansert announced her decision to step down as Republican leader after nearly two decades, citing a desire to spend more time with family. She will continue to serve out the rest of her term.

“As this election cycle heats up, I want to ensure the caucus has strong leadership. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Robin Titus over the past ten years and she has my utmost confidence,” said Gansert.

As Assembly Republican Leader, I helped the Republican Caucus gain two suburban seats to expand its membership beyond the super minority in 2020. We shall do so again.”
